After an amazing three-year journey, the time has come for our final social event and fundraiser! Join us on Friday, 8th November at the Annebrooke House Hotel for Capt. Paddy & Lucky’s Last Shout Hooley Night—an evening filled with music, dancing, and comedy. The night will be showcasing the creativity of local talent from Emper, Ballynacargy, and Mullingar, along with contributors from outside Westmeath. A delicious buffet will be provided, and we can’t wait to see as many of you as possible as we celebrate the past three years while raising funds for LauraLynn Children’s Hospice and Dogs Trust Ireland.

· The Emper Community Session Players will be bringing us Traditional Irish Music with the very talented people of Emper, Ballynacarigy, Co Westmeath. They will be showing us how the local talent can bring communities together.

· Danny Lewin - After spending 8 years touring the USA with Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance, Danny is bringing his world-class footwork to the Annebrooke House Hotel. Get ready for a toe-tapping, high-energy routine—we’re hoping for a dash of Lord of the Dance and Riverdance magic too!

· The young musicians of Emper School, aged 6–12 - We visited their school as part of Heritage Week, where our duo received such a warm response that the children themselves asked if they could perform at our event. We were deeply touched by their enthusiasm, and we are proud to feature them early in the evening on 8th November.

· Willie Kavanagh - will be performing both solo and alongside the Emper Community Session players. Winner of the Senior Banjo title at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in 1979, Willie’s remarkable talent continues to inspire, and we eagerly look forward to his performance on 8th November.

"There's something about the magic of being on stage that nothing else in the world can compare to. That's a feeling that every performer will know and understand. And it's not like I've been quiet since coming to Ireland! [laughs]. But there's always just something extra-special about performing at your own concert, seeing your own name on the posters. Of course, this also means that all of the worries and details about putting on a show are yours, too! [laughs]. But those will be forgotten the moment you step on stage and start to sing your first song. And that's the moment I will be dreaming of between now and April 29th."
