Music project management

For artists, managers, broadcasters and TV production companies: I help shape the song, assemble the team and lead the project from brief to delivery.

Bring it to life

Song creation &
executive production

When we decide to work together, I become the creative and organisational lead for the agreed project. The scope is tailored to the song, the artist and the opportunity.

01

Set the creative brief

We agree the artist’s identity, target market, deliverables and timeline so the team has a shared direction.

02

Create the song and assemble the team

I write or develop the song, bring in the right collaborators and commission a suitable producer within the approved budget.

03

Lead production and communication

I coordinate the creative team, track spending and manage feedback. Where relevant, I coordinate broadcaster communication and the contract process with the appropriate parties.

04

Deliver against the agreed plan

I oversee progress towards the agreed master, submission or release deliverables, keeping decisions and deadlines visible throughout.

Clear budgets. Clear responsibilities.

I lead the project.
You fund the production.

My A&R and executive production fees are agreed separately from third-party production costs.

The client funds producers, engineers, studios and other specialists through an approved project budget. I source and coordinate the team within that budget.

Work begins once the scope, fees and budget are agreed in writing and the required deposits are in place. Deliverables, revision rounds and communication arrangements are defined before production starts.
